I’m Nikos, a guitar instructor and transcriber.

As you probably already know, I’m a big fan of '80s and '90s heavy metal music. I started playing electric guitar in the early '90s. As you can imagine, learning to play all those songs back then was a really difficult task. You had to use tape recorders, listen carefully to the guitars, and try to figure out what they were playing. And let’s be honest, even your guitar teacher didn’t know how to teach you those songs. In fact, most guitar teachers didn’t even know how to play heavy metal guitar!

Nowadays, however, with the help of new technologies and the internet, guitarists have access to far more resources than just cassettes and videotapes.

I would love to make the lives of both new and experienced guitarists easier than mine was. Video tutorials with tabs are a great way to do that! So, I decided to create a channel with video tutorials on all those great songs we listened to back then. Plus, I even get to play many songs myself that I didn’t have the chance to play in the past!
